This annual District Conference will offer multiple presentations, speakers, and activities that align with the Rotary theme, Serve To Change Lives. The District Assembly for the incoming officers of clubs for 2022-2023 throughout the district will also be part of the conference on Saturday.

House of Friendship, Advertisements, and Sponsorship Opportunities: 
There are a variety of opportunities that appeal to companies, owners of companies, clubs within Rotary District 7950 and individual members of the District. If your club is interested in purchasing a table for the House of Friendship, you can do this through the link below. We have a very limited amount of tables in the House of Friendship this year. These will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Advertisements for the program book, House of Friendship table reservations and sponsorship are all due on or before April 1st, 2022.

Conference Pricing:
  • Full Conference Registration (Includes Programming, and All Meals on Friday and Saturday) $225.00
  • Friday Only (Includes Programming, Lunch and Dinner) $135.00
  • Saturday Only (Includes Programming, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) $150.00
  • Friday Lunch (Only): $50.00
  • Friday Dinner (Only):  $75.00
  • Saturday Breakfast (Only):  $40.00
  • Saturday Lunch (Only): $50.00
  • Saturday Dinner (Only): $100.00

Hotel Information: 
Hotel rooms will need to be reserved directly with the Sea Crest Beach Hotel. The preferred conference rate is $139 per room, per night. If you are interested in reserving a hotel room, please call (800) 225-3110. Reference to the Rotary District 7950 Conference event for the preferred pricing. The deadline to book a room and receive the preferred rate will be April 14th 2022.
