2007 Council on Legislation The Council on Legislation took place 22-28 April 2007 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. 527 of RI's 530 districts were represented at the Council. The revised constitutional documents (RI Constitution, RI Bylaws and Standard Rotary Club Constitution) are available to download here and from the RI Website. They will appear in the 2007 version of the Manual of Procedure, scheduled for publication in English in December. Additional information on the 2007 Council on Legislation is available from the RI Website (http://www.rotary.org/support/council/index.html). The 2010 Council on Legislation is tentatively scheduled for 22-28 April 2007 in Chicago. Representatives for the Council will be elected during the 2007-08 district conference. Proposed legislation for the 2010 Council is due at World Headquarters no later than 30 June 2009. |
